The aim of this article was including two parts. First, the survey of the effect of strategic intelligence on Human capital, Structural capital and relational capital and second was the identification the important dimension of Human capital, Structural capital and relational capital in khorramabad insurance industry. The research objective was applied and the research type was correlational survey. The statistical population was made up of over of firms and factory that work in Lorestan industrial estates. People the sample size was 140 employees were obtained using random sampling - stratification. The validity of questionnaire was proved using content validity method and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha. In this article to test hypothesis and conceptual model structural equation MODELING approach and Amos 18 software were used. The results show that strategic intelligence has effect on Human capital, Structural capital and relational capital in khorramabad insurance industry. Also the results identified the important dimension of strategic intelligence, Human capital, Structural capital and relational capital in khorramabad insurance industry.

Introduction: Psychological Capital an indicator of positive psychology. Spirituality one faith and faith is real. Psychological well-being, including individual receives from the coordination between specific purpose and drawn with functional consequences. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological capital, spiritual and psychological well-being among students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences was performed. Methods: This study is the application of and the nature, cross-correlation, the type of structural equation modeling. The sample in this study 201 students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences stratified sampling method were selected. To collect data, the standard questionnaire of psychological capital with four subscales, spirituality with four subscales and psychological well-being with six subscales used and data, statistical methods and structural equation modeling (SEM) were analyzed. Results: psychological capital variables, spiritual and psychological well-connected with each other and between them two by two there is direct relationship and significant. Conclusion: In this study, the effect of psychological capital variables and the spiritual, psychological well-being examined and the result was that the capital of psychological, cognitive and psychological well-being through spirituality there is positive relationship significant.

Subject and purpose of the article:  Relational capital is one of the intangible assets that is defined as the role of the customer in the current and future income of the organization. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors affecting Relational capital.Research method: The present study is applied according to its purpose and descriptive-causal based on the method.Research findings: In this research, first the factors affecting the banks' Relational capital were determined performed using the fuzzy Delphi method. Then a questionnaire related to DEMITEL was developed and provided to the experts in order to explain and evaluate the cause-and-effect relationships between the factors affecting the banks' Relational capital.Conclusion, originality and its contribution to the knowledge: According to the fuzzy technique, the most important factor in the Relational capital of banks was the dispersion of ATMs, which shows the direct relationship of people with the bank at the community level. Also, according to DEMITEL analysis, finance and customer orientation were the most influential factors and customer orientation and absentee services were the most influential factors.
